Fantastic Rugs was founded in 1988 in Los Angeles California. Thomas Kerr, the sole proprietor, has sold over twenty-five thousand rugs to thousands of satisfied customers since then. We have a solid reputation for quality and value which is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We recently came to the realization that our market could be expanded nationwide and even worldwide by going online with a catalog of fine rugs which you can browse and purchase from the comfort and security of your own home and, with the help of website developers RAF Web Design, FantasticRugs.com was born.

    No more running home to retrieve your spouse before making a purchase and hoping that you can make it back before closing. Any and all members of your family can look at our entire inventory 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Furthermore, you can make your purchase at any time and by your choice of method.
    We make every effort to provide high quality, detailed photos of all of our products so that you can be assured of proper color matching. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the availability of styles, colors, or sizes. We are here to serve you and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you buy something and find it doesn't match we will take it back if returned in clean new condition.  You cover shipping it back to us and we'll refund your purchase price of the rug, not including original shipping. Modest 6% restocking fee!  Nobody has a better return policy than this.

HOW TO ORDER

  When you select one of our categories to browse, you will be taken to a listing of those products, you can either choose to add one of those products from your cart directly from the browsing page, or you can go to a detailed product page. If you would like to order an item from that page:

1 - Enter the quantity that you would like in the input box,
2 - Select the size you want from the pull down menu
3 - Then, click the "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout" button. The item will be added to your digital shopping cart and you will be able to continue shopping or checkout.

   When you are finished selecting your items, simply click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of any of our item pages. You will then be prompted for all necessary shipping and payment information. Our shopping cart utilizes a secure connection so credit card purchases can be made with confidence and you will be notified immediately by e-mail that your order has been paid for and received by us. All credit card charges will be billed to Thomas Kerr, sole proprietor of FantasticRugs.com.
   You can also order our items via fax or e-mail. We recommend printing out our OrderForm and filling in all relevant information. The form can then be faxed to us at (626) 794-7554. Alternately, you can send us an e-mail containing the items you would like along with shipping and payment information to fantasticrugs@yahoo.com.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  All of our rugs are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping and handling charges are approximately $1 per pound.

Shipping does not include additional charges for Alaska or Hawaii, or any Countries besides the USA. If you order from outside the Continental US, we will inform you of the additional charge to ship to you before we ship. Be sure to include your e-mail address and phone number in your orders so we can contact you most easily.
