Returns and Cancellations

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect Goods: In the case of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, any such problems should be noted on the delivery note (driver copy) and reported immediately to us by phone or email. We will replace the goods at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations and Returns: All our goods are sold on this website ‘as described’ and ‘fit for purpose’, however, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have certain rights to cancel or return your order. To cancel or return your order you must contact us within fourteen full days of completing the transaction (that is fourteen full days after the day of receipt of your goods) by phone or email stating your reason for the cancellation or return. We will contact you to arrange return of said goods. If we arrange the return shipping on your behalf, we reserve the right to refund the amount paid by you for the goods less the return shipping cost. In the case of ‘custom size’ products that are ordered to customer requirements, whilst we are not obliged to accept returns, we will do so on the proviso that we may charge 25% of the original amount paid for the goods to cover our resale costs of ‘custom size’ product. If you cancel your order prior to our ordering the product from the manufacturer, we will refund the full invoiced amount.

Please note: If it is your intention to return the goods you have received for any reason (apart from goods returned under guarantee), it is your responsibility to maintain the condition of the goods until collection has been completed. All returned goods must be in original packaging and original condition where applicable. All refunds will be completed within fourteen days of receipt of returned goods and credited to the original card used. Contact details can be found on our Contact Us page.
