Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect Goods: In the case of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, any such problems should be noted on the delivery note (driver copy) and reported immediately to us by phone or email. We will replace the goods at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations and Returns: All our goods are sold on this website ‘as described’ and ‘fit for purpose’, however, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have certain rights to cancel or return your order. All goods should be signed for on delivery, if the goods are not signed for it may negate any right you have should you need to return the goods if they are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please refer to Returns and Cancellations for instructions on how to deal with damaged or incorrect goods. Whilst every effort is made to deliver goods within the suggested timeframe offered, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control this is not possible. You will be informed, where possible of any delay to your delivery, unfortunately, unless the delay is due to problems with our service, we cannot be held responsible and will accept no responsibility for said delay.
